**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and marketing, a keen eye for design, and a drive to contribute to innovative marketing strategies. The Sales and Marketing Assistant will support various functions within the marketing department, including digital marketing, graphic design, and sales support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create engaging visual content for marketing materials, social media, and website updates using basic graphic design skills.
- **Content Creation**: Help generate and curate content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and sales activities.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing company events, webinars, and trade shows.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives, using analytics tools to measure effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of work experience in a marketing or sales role.
- **Skills**:

- Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
