Hitch Innovation Group is looking for an energetic, passionate, digitally savvy designer to join our marketing team. As the Marketing: Content and Design Executive, you will work closely with the greater marketing team and accompanying businesses to help develop and design content and company collateral.

You will be working in multiple areas and platforms of marketing and design, such as social media, Canva, Illustrator / Photoshop and websites, therefore your ability to handle varying projects will be key to being successful in this role.

This is an in office full time position.

**Requirements**:
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED:

- Assisting in the development of creative assets used for pitches, sales collateral and websites.
- Assist in preparing presentations alongside the sales team.
- Developing content plans (copy and imagery) aligned with company pillars.
- Scheduling social posts for each brand page.
- Monitoring of all company websites.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

- Must have design knowledge in either Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
- Experience in basic video editing (Cava or other programs).
- Proficient in Powerpoint.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
- Exceptional interpersonal / communication skills.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
- Proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to work well under tight deadlines within a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to manage your own workload and complete projects from start to finish.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Must be assertive, structured, disciplined and self-starter.
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Marketing strategy, social media, SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics knowledge is a bonus.
