Office Administrator

Job Description:
You will be joining RPP Business Support Team reporting into the Head of Real Time Payments. Your role will require you to provide professional administrative service to the Business Head and the team by providing support on a tactical and operational level.
Being a team player, having exceptionally strong stakeholder engagement skills, co-ordination and report writing abilities will stand you in good stead in this role.
You will engage with the following key stakeholders:
- Internal and External Clients
- Vendors and Suppliers
- Banking Industry
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering incoming calls; redirecting calls as required and taking messages
- Taking minutes as required
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Arranging and scheduling both internal and external events
- Preparing high-level presentations and reports
- Maintain a diary of all our reporting internal and externally and follow up with managers to ensure they have done the reporting
- Works collaboratively with various internal departments to establish clear stakeholder expectations to ensure all deliverables are completed on-time
- Providing administration support to RPP leadership team (i.e. assisting with payment reimbursements)
- General administration within office, including internal and external communications
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Supporting in organising team building activities, conferences covering bookings,
- payments, etc
**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE**
- Post Matric qualification in either Business Administration or secretarial and Office Management Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Proficient use of spreadsheets, database, and presentation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Customer service skills
- Detail oriented skills
**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience required
- Proven administrative experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, resources and dependencies in a fast-paced environment
