IT Technician

**Technician Job Description**

Technician with a driver’s license will be traveling to customers' locations and repairing machines, upgrading machines, assisting with network related issues and other things. Technician will install and test products and provide customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product.

Technicians will also be repairing or replacing any damaged equipment at a fee. Technician is responsible for charging the correct amount of labour on all jobs done.

**Technician Job Responsibilities**:

- Installs and tests products to make sure they work correctly.
- Follows installation and operation manuals.
- Responds to service requests and repairs products.
- Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
- Teaches customers how to use their products.
- Escalates issues to managers promptly.
- Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipment.
- Writes service reports after every appointment. (CRO Notes)
- Collaborates with managers and other technicians.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Learns new maintenance skills quickly.
- Works with customers and has excellent customer service skills.
- Collaborates with managers and technicians has strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates time management, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Invoicing clients
- Making Sales on upgrades and any parts required to repair client’s machines
- Helps Sales Team with queries on technical questions clients may have
- Provide training for new technicians
- Help with sales where possible
- Work well as a team
- Some additional responsibilities may be required.

Ability to commute/relocate:
