An exciting and challenging opportunity, based at our Support Centre in Kuils River, has just become available for a HR Coordinator in our Talent & Culture Team.

We are looking for a passionate go-getter to plan, co-ordinate, implement, monitor and report on Talent & Culture activities, relating but not limited to Employer Brand, Wellness & Culture initiatives and provide a holistic HR administrative service to the Talent & Culture HR Manager.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide input into the Ackermans Employer Branding and Culture strategy and operational plan
- Plan, coordinate, implement, monitor and report on the annual Ackermans Employer Branding plan; including but not limited to company induction, recruitment PSL activities, recruitment support, job advertising, social media platforms, website updates, brand building activities with industry partners such as universities, career fairs, etc.
- Propose, coordinate and manage budgets allocated to Ackermans employee brand and culture initiatives
- Manage the administration requirements of the Talent & Culture portfolio

**KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Supporting the creation, and growth of talent pipelines through Employer Brand campaigns, including career expos, intern sourcing
- Managing Facebook and LinkedIn platforms, including content creation, deployment, community engagement, tracking and reporting
- Recruitment and selection practices
- Organisational Culture with a focus on building and driving values and employee engagement
- General HR practices
- Planning and implementing internal and external projects / campaigns
- Budgeting

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Verbal and written communication across all levels
- Proficiency in external networking and cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Project planning, co-ordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting
- Creativity in producing professional and brand aligned resources such as job ads, social media posts, corporate presentations, etc.
- Ability to engage with individuals, small and large groups alike to deliver corporate presentations and nurture professional relationships
- Proficiency in prioritising objectives; balancing project deadlines and deliverables
- Exceptional finance / budget management
- Strong service & detail orientation
- Technical proficiency is a must, and includes MS Office as essential with experience in Adobe Creative, particularly InDesign is preferred

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum of 2 years' relevant HR experience
- Planning and implementing related projects/campaigns from concept to closure, including internal communication plans and budgeting
- Managing internal stakeholders to plan, co-ordinate and implementing projects and campaigns related to recruitment, building employer brand, and driving organisational culture and engagement
- Sourcing, on-boarding, and managing external service providers and industry partners needed in support of Employer Brand and Culture campaigns, including recruitment agencies, educational institutions and suppliers of goods and services required
- Creating and implementing company induction / on-boarding programmes, including resources
- Budgeting input, expense management, tracking and reporting
- Reporting and general project administration
- Experience with creating and/managing social media platforms, content, and related activities

**QUALIFICATION REQUIRED**
- Human Resources Diploma / Degree or other relevant tertiary qualification
