As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at OmTalent, you'll be pivotal in qualifying leads and ensuring they progress seamlessly to the next stage. **Responsibilities**:

- Promptly respond to inbound leads and requests, ensuring no opportunity goes unnoticed.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile.
- Book qualified leads for the appropriate next step, whether it's a meeting with a decision maker or further nurturing.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Maintain meticulous records of lead interactions in our CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Continuously refine and optimize the lead qualification and booking process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with prospects.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong listening skills coupled with problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, enabling you to navigate and utilize our tools efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, showcasing your commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience with hosting and conducting podcast interviews, demonstrating your versatility and adaptability in various communication settings.

**Salary**: R26,000 + Commision

You would be required to work at our offices in Woodmead, Sandton and you would be **required to work American hours (4pm - 1am). It is important to note that this is not a work from home position.**
