**Please note that this is a senior role, reporting directly to the EMEAA Director and would require a background in the packaging, FMCG or related industry. In addition, you will have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principals, as well as experience in implementing global strategies in line with the global corporate program.**

**KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION**
- You will have completed a degree in supply chain or business, coupled with an advanced qualification, such as an MBA, to compliment more than 10 years experience in progressive sourcing, contract negotiation, and strategy development within the packaging or FMCG industry.
- In addition, as previously mentioned, you will have experience in sourcing for multiple plants in SA and into Africa, as well as managing suppliers in Eastern Countries such as Malaysia.
- You will have proven experience in cost reduction, lead and execution of cross-functional initiatives such as risk assessments, RFQ criteria and supplier relations management programs.
- You will have excellent negotiations skills, excellence in terms of leading service and a motivational approach to internal staff leadership.
- A sound background in financial budget management, cost management and CAPEX alignment to corporate goals.
- You will have exceptional attention to detail, be analytical, communicate effectively and be results driven
- You will have contactable references, a clear criminal and credit record and it is to be noted that all qualifications and career history will be verified.
