**About the Role**:
The primary responsibility of the Procurement Graduate is to assist administratively with the activities related to purchasing of goods and services, procurement, contracts administration and related legal issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contract maintenance in SAP
- Assisting with the creation of purchase orders for the acquisition of goods and services
- Generate feedback reports to management as and when required
- Assist in data gatering for the review of bids for services and contracts to ensure that those bids are in compliance with current procurement policies
- Vendor management across indirect spend categories
- Track and report performance within each spend category and define budgetary impact
- Uphold internal and external policies, regulations and laws
- Compiling specific market reports to assess business process activities
- New vendor management and setup in Coupa
- Contract expiry reporting for the region
- Reviewing new supplier introductions prior
- Understanding of BEE practises and impact on the SA organisation

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Matric and Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent is required
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- SAP experience is advantageous
