Receptionist / Office Administrator

Duties:
Answering of telephone and directing calls to the relevant person/ department. Assist all customers face to face and telephonically. Schedule services with clients on behalf of technicians. Issuing of stock to technicians. Open and enter new job card info onto computerised system. Monitoring of job progress and closing off job cards. Setting up and maintain stock levels on Excel. Monthly stock reconciliation and reports.
Requirements: Well presented, with good command of Afrikaans and English. MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook working knowledge.
