**Job Type**: On-site | Cape Town

**Requirements**:
A degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience
Experience in bulk recruitment
Experience within the Financial industry
Prior experience in technical roles is a plus.
Expert knowledge of best practice recruitment policies and procedures.
Possess an inquisitive mindset, combined with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a high-tempo environment.
Willingness and reliability to work within a shift pattern, including weekends, nights, and holidays is a must

**Responsibilities**:
Effective delivery of Recruitment & selection services in line with policies, procedures, best practice, and legislative requirements
Conducting interviews and ensuring sound recommendations for appointment
Providing quality recruitment services such as ensuring that appropriate recruitment plans or strategies are in place, and creating well written adverts
Offering appropriate advice to line managers on all recruitment matters
Accurate and regular reporting on recruitment campaigns
Liaising with Line management on all recruitment related matters and ensuring that they are being kept up to date on the status of their campaigns.
Advising on recruitment in line with resource plan and company stance on transformation.
Ensuring proper documentation control procedures are adhered to (from initiating of recruitment campaign to final close-out).
Professional, effective, and efficient administrative support provided on recruitment campaigns (logistics, communication, coordination)
Performing all mandatory background checks and facilitating of pre-employment checks before appointment
