**Introduction**

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Handling all administrative duties related to the operations of the KZN branch, namely:

- Processing of orders, delivery notes, and invoicing.
- Handling customer-related queries.
- Managing office stationery and sundry requirements.
- Creditors reconciliation and requisitions.
- Quarterly stock-take reconciliations and submissions.
- Reception and general office duties.
- Inter-branch administrative support to the Operations teams in KZN, Cape Town, and Jhb.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Grade 12 (Twelve).
- Minimum 3 (Three) to 5 (Five) years of experience in operational admin.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.

**Package & Remuneration**

Market related.
