**FRONT OF HOUSE TRAINER (HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY)**

This will be done to the satisfaction of the respective clients, with adherence to contractual obligations, budgets and acceptable standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach participants the basics of hospitality and customer care;
- Choose customer care strategies and prepare lessons;
- Assign participants hospitality tasks that allow each individual to gain hands-on practice and improve their interaction skills;
- Supervise participants, encouraging proper technique and gently correcting as needed.

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Matric and NQF Level 6;
- Hospitality Qualification is required;
- Experience in training is essential;
- Interest and comfort in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds;
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport essential;
- Ability to be flexible with regards to shifts and weekend work.

**Personal Attribute**:

- High level of personal cleanliness;
- Sober habits;
- Able to manage time and work under pressure;
- Able to remain calm and in control in difficult situations;
- Able to assist with daily cooking requirements;
- Able to adapt to changing role responsibilities when required;
- Able to actively participate in all kitchen activities;

- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work culture;
- Flexible in terms of working hours (shifts & weekends);
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Great interpersonal skills;
- Own transport is advantageous.
