We are currently looking to employ a **Hospitality Trainer **for our training division to facilitate training sessions throughout our group sites.
**Location**: Various Group Sites (Gauteng)
**Job Classification**: Permanent
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Hospitality, Training, or Education Experience
- At least a minimum of 3-4 years previous work experience in a Training role in the Hospitality Industry.**(Preferably Housekeeping & Front of House)**:
- Own Vehicle and Drivers License
**Other Skills and Attributes**:
- Working experience in training and development in the hospitality industry
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- Create relevant tests for each manual and various departments within the organisation.
- Map out training plans,design and develop training programs
- Market upcoming training to employees and provide necessary information
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- On the job training is essential
- Maintain updated database and training records
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions with unit managers
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
