Are you passionate about digital advertising? Love diving into the campaign data and finding the adjustments that make a difference? Join our dynamic marketing team in the health and wellness space as a Digital Ads Specialist (Media Buyer).
In this role, you will report directly to the Ecommerce Marketing Manager and take on the important responsibilities related to creating and executing effective digital advertising strategies to promote our products and services with our target audiences.
- **Location**: Work from home
- **Work hours**: Flexible between the hours of 8am to 8pm EST
- **Salary**: Competitive, depending on your experience

**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns
- Collaborate with creative and content teams: Partner closely with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences that align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Create/publish ads on various ad channels including: Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, Amazon, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter, and other channels
- Includes campaign/ad set configuration and budget management
- Experiment with new platforms and channels
- Ensure ads and creative are displayed appropriately
- Optimize campaigns for maximum impact: Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
- Provide weekly reports about ad and channel performance

**Skills/experience required to do the role**
- Proven experience as Media Buyer or similar advertising role; experience in digital media is preferred
- Advanced understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Basic knowledge of basic digital marketing principles - competitive research, keyword research, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Certification or training in ad management preferred
- Certification or training in competitor/market research preferred

**Experience**
- Digital ads management or media buying: 3 years (required)
- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
