We have a great opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager who will be responsible for the simultaneous handling of multiple design and production projects within our fast-paced environment as they come in from different hubs.

And of course, be _the one_ to oversee the overall quality of deliverables, ensuring all processes have been checked and also approving print/digital ready artwork.

**What You'll be Doing**:

- Implement brand guidelines and be responsible for ensuring all graphic work leaving the studio meets the brief and adhere to media spec/deadline
- Manage a team of designers/artworkers/HTML/motion designers
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with the account team and project managers
- Manage and maintain assets library using OLIVER / OLIVER+ tools
- Offer design support to the team when and if needed
- Ideally a strong background in a retail environment, both online and offline.
- Responsible for ensuring the team is fully utilised.
- Work with the resource lead to find solutions to capacity or bottlenecks.

- Every project produced is of the highest quality and delivered on time and to budget
- Strong experience in creative, print and digital production environment
- Experience of managing creative and production team
- Thorough understanding and experience with Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and ideally Premier
- Strong project management skills and highly detail-oriented and organised
- Strong team player and ability to influence
- Comfortable in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial environment

**You'll** Have**:

- Relevant degree or diploma.
- **_Excellent communication skills in both German and English; both verbal and written communication skills_**:

- Proven traffic management experience a plus

**Good to have**:

- Multi-market experience.
