Role Purpose

The Momentum Brand family is looking for a Brand Traffic professional to use their strategic and operational abilities, to ensure that all marketing collateral and work from a variety of stakeholder services, is managed smartly and efficiently. Their strong Project Management abilities will assist the brand portfolio to manage workflow across creative and production departments, with modern process design thinking, while executing with heart. Requirements
- Project Management qualification or similar (qualifications in Digital, Social, Employee, PR, Sponsorship and Brand Marketing is beneficial but not required).
- 3-5 years’ experience as Traffic Manager/Project Manager
- Traffic Management experience is crucial - as the person needs to understand the creative and production processes.
Duties & Responsibilities

**Client and stakeholder management**:

- Meet with clients to learn more about new project briefs, creative references, environmental contexts and other details.
- Acts as the mediator between all clients (Employee Marketing, Digital and Social Media Marketing, Brand, PR and Sponsorship Marketing) to establish and re-evaluate priorities.
- Provide progress updates on existing projects. Communicate any issues at the daily Creative review/council sessions. Engage external clients with dashboards to visualise the internal workflow of their respective projects.
- Connect and keep direct contact with all departments regarding current deadline status and any issues that may need client or agency attention.
- Provide a personal touch to make clients enjoy working with the Momentum Brand team.
- Highlight any risk and manage expectations.

**Efficiencies and process management**:

- Ensure compliance to Momentum studio process.
- Work together with the Creative Manager to put a review system and tools in place, to provide analytics on studio resourcing, what time is being spent on which projects and how.
- Advise where studio processes are optimised vs. require refining etc.

**Workflow and time management**:

- Lead project timelines to deliver top notch brand work.
- Create detailed priority daily schedules, weekly job overview and set deadlines for various stages of a projects.
- Assign project numbers and issue project instruction sheets.
- Distribute assignments to creative teams and other external designers, with Traffic management tools and dashboards.
- Review creative Ito QC with copy and aligned to ask of brief workloads with the Creative manager and or Agency partners, and adjusts assignments as needed. Make sure that the appropriate talent is used, and workloads are transparent and evenly maintained.
- Ensure each staff member knows the assignments that they need to complete and the due dates.
- Make adjustments to each job schedule and overall workload as job demands change.
- Maintain taxonomy and drive the protection of Brand IP, by encouraging final art uploads onto our brand success suite portal.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on all outsourced requirements and the scheduling and delivery of those resources.
- Ensures projects are completed on time, in full, and within budget.
- Manage a culture of internal reviews and team check in/stand ups sessions, as well as conversations with clients, who seek to brief the studio in person or electronically.

**Financial and budget management**:

- Manage external freelancers when in need, and ensure the submission of time sheets to assist with internal financial processes and payment.

**Report and dashboard management**:

- Compile daily, weekly and monthly status reports on stats of jobs per division, including where the risks lie e.g. number reverts, incomplete briefs, lack of feedback, recommend and institute mitigation plans to improve team effectiveness and enhance relationships across all teams.
