Responsible for the coordination and project management of maintenance projects and activities, including planning, monitoring, control and closure for resources, material, schedule, process, interface, and communication._
- It is paramount to ensure good communication throughout the maintenance process, resulting in projects that are delivered within scope and budget, on time with good quality. This position is based in Electronic Warfare (EW) After Sales division. _

Your role

Financial Management- Responsible for node number management of administration, resources and material.-
- Prepare costing inputs for out of warranty support per project and manage the assigned project cost nodes.Business Process Management- Develop, plan and ensure the execution of all repair projects assigned within scope, budget and schedule.-
- Ensure that project outputs adherence to project contractual requirements and objectives as per the agreed service level agreement (SLA), within the framework of the company processes and procedures.-
- Plan with IBP for resource allocation per project repair-
- Monitor and Control deviations to the SLA requirements-
- Interface with customers and point of contact for project-
- Work to ensuring customers expectation met, with good regular communication for any delays-
- Negotiate or request funds for spares within PU EW-
- Provide inputs and participate in risk assessments, trends analysis and put in place mitigation plans-
- Facilitate MRBs and Customer queries-
- Compile client reports as per the agreed frequency to the SGD Customer, PU’s and manager-
- Support Marketing & Sales and Market Areas with business proposals to extend/building/interface with customer and to take part in the WB process-
- Participation in Programme Management and Product Management meetings-
- Provide feedback to relevant Product Managers (PM) and Technical Design Authorities information that may require analysis or impact the product-
- Provide inputs to CCB with regards to effects on delivered programs with regard to Engineering Change Proposals-
- Provide inputs to the RRBClient and Vendor Management- Actively initiate/participate to build and improve relations within SGD, Saab and with customers.-
- Supporting the Marketing, Product Management and Programme Management functions:- Enhancing corporate image through overall After Sales performance, reporting to customers, Help Desk,-
- Support in resolving customer related technical problems**Profile**:
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Maintenance Environment-
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a MRP System environment - preferably IFS-
- Experience working with MS Office, MS Project, Word, Excel and Power Point-
- Experience in collecting and analysing information and generating repair reports-
- Able to interact will all stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally with CustomersDesired Skills:
- Knowledge and experience working in the defence environment-
- Knowledge of SGD products will be an advantage-
- Knowledge of SGD repair environment will be an advantage-
- Knowledge of the Repair Process within the ERP SystemQualification:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent-
- Certificate in Project Management or equivalent qualification, is preferred.What you will be a part of
