To ensure accurate and updated data on business systems to assist our operations.

**Key performance areas**
- Maintain the general ledger and sub ledgers
- Capture fuel transactions and trips.
- Compile and submit OTD reports
- Tag emergency book
- Toll card book and daily audit.
- Create work orders.
- Communicate changes/ cancellations to LIC
- Monitor device usage of drivers
- Submit copies of LCS, trip sheets to client and depot
- Responsible for weekly and monthly fuel reports.
- Perform weekly tag, pdp, reward app, fleetboard and hhd’s audits
- Monitor and maintain stock and usage of paper

**Nature of position**
- Administrative

**Qualifications required**

Grade 12 while further studies may be an advantage.

**Skills and experience required**
- 1 year’s relevant work experience
- Must be computer literate
- Accuracy
- Action orientated
- Attention to detail
- Willing and able to work such hours as may be determined by the company including shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montague Gardens, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
