**The opportunity**:
A position has become available within the Lease Administration Department for a professional, efficient, and organised Lease Administration Assistant who can maintain high customer service focus in a pressurised environment.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Legal in the Lease Administration Department
Property/Legal
**Responsibilities**:
- Updating reports with incoming information and lease documentation
- Despatching lease documentation to third parties and filing
- Collecting signed lease agreements from landlords
- Assisting with the collection of BBBEE certificates
- Dealing with leasing related queries including FICA
- Ad hoc duties as required in the leasing department
- Delivering accurate customer service to internal and external stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Matric (Essential)
- Leasing knowledge and experience (Advantageous)
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Skilled in MS Excel and MS Word
