We are looking for a responsible, vibrant, hands-on, peoples' person to join our team to assist in managing guest expectations during their stay with us.
- This will include handling check in and check out of guests.
- Managing housekeeping team, laundry collections and drop offs.
- All admin, orders and invoicing pertaining to guests and guesthouse.
- Handling of maintenance issues.

You will definitely need to have a matric certificate, tertiary schooling in hospitality or travel, and managerial experience in the guesthouse industry, preferebaly minimum of 3 consecutive years, with contactable refrences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- De Waterkant, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3 years (required)
- Guest house: 2 years (preferred)
- Travel industry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (required)
