Our client in the finance industry in Ballito, is seeking a skilled Debtors & Creditors Clerk to join their team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Debtors & Creditors Clerk or in a similar role
- Minimum 3 years with a good knowledge of Pastel
- Must be proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, Office365
- Mature
- Excellent conflict management skills
- Vibrant & enthusiastic
- A self-starter
- Detail orientated
- Must be able to work without supervision at time
- Own transport required
- Excellent communication skills & well presented

**Duties and repsonisbilities**:

- To support the accountant manager in providing a comprehensive Financial and Administration support.
- External Interaction: Suppliers, service providers.
- Internal Interaction: Sales staff.
- Processing of sales journals daily on FSP system, training will be provided.
- Processing of cash books daily on Pastel bank Manager and bank recons daily.
- Reconciling and resolving account discrepancies.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as sending payment reminders, filing paperwork on Share Point training will be provided.
- Ensure Company records are complete and accurate.
- Ensure exposure to losses minimised.
- Ensure all receipts and journals have been completed prior to close-off dates.
- Ensure invoices are authorised in accordance with the levels of authority and allocate to correct supplier/creditors and or general ledger accounts daily expenses.
- Following up on outstanding invoices & resolving queries.
