**Role Name**: Head of Acquisition

**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm

**Role summary**:
The Head of Acquisition is responsible for managing and optimizing all acquisition strategies in order to reduce CPA and increase new customer LTV in order to maximize the return on acquisition spend.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CEO in devising, managing and optimizing the acquisition budget.
- Continually create, test, analyze and optimize acquisition strategies to drive KPI performance.
- Oversee and manage the reporting of all acquisition channels.
- Manage all acquisition channels including (but not limited to) Paid Media, Social, Organic and Affiliates.
- Oversee and manage the Paid Media team by working with the Social and Search departments in order to improve New Customer LTV and the overall CPA.
- Work with the CEO in managing the relationships with third-party providers, ad networks and affiliation partners.
- Assist the CEO with the development and execution of above-the-line acquisition campaigns in order to ensure alignment across all acquisition strategies.
- Work with the Design department to ensure all acquisition activities maintain a consistent brand image in line with the group’s strategy.
- Work with the Content department to ensure alignment between acquisition and content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience in a relevant role.
- Google AdWords and Facebook Blueprint Certification
- Ability to develop effective acquisition strategies for all relevant channels.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of sports and sports betting.
- Proficiency in English.
- Degree in Marketing or any relevant tertiary education.
