Own transport daily

Admin experience - exp within mining / fleet / logistics will be an added advantage
- Capture Purchase order documents
- Develop and monitor timesheet register for the all staff
- Perform secretariate duties and transcribe minutes for the daily meeting
- Maintain office supplies and groceries stock levels and get quotes upon request
- Fill in the purchase requisition forms for equipment and machinery to be approved at head office
- Perform Switchboard duties
- answer calls and redirect them to the appropriate staff member
- Help drivers fill out manual leave forms
- Maintain and update office filling system.
- Issuing and receiving PPE
- Assist in arranging medical and Induction
- Capture driver loads for invoicing purposes.
- Collection and filling of PODs
- Update the diesel usage spreadsheet(daily diesel recons)
- Provide cost effective quotes for stationery and groceries.
- Assist in creating Purchase Requisitions
- Compile Downtime report
- Create and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholder
- Greet and welcome customers and external stakeholder at reception
- Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own department
- Display and encourage teamwork
- Submit feedback reports on driver time and attendance to Operational Manager
- Submit feedback on load invoice data capturing to Operations Manager
