**Job Description**:
As our SOP Writer, you will play a vital role in documenting our key processes and procedures. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with department heads and employees to identify, analyze, and capture essential operational workflows. By creating comprehensive and user-friendly SOPs, you will empower our team to work efficiently and consistently, improving productivity and quality.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with department heads and team members to identify and understand existing workflows and processes.
Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of each process to identify areas for improvement, standardization, and optimization.
Develop clear, concise, and accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that capture step-by-step instructions for each process.
Ensure SOPs are written in a user-friendly manner, using plain language and appropriate formatting.
Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in processes, technologies, or regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure SOPs meet the needs of various stakeholders.
Provide training and support to employees in the implementation and understanding of SOPs.

**Qualifications**:
Strong experience in technical writing, specifically in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or similar documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Attention to detail and the ability to critically analyze and evaluate processes for improvement.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with process mapping or flowcharting techniques is a plus.
Previous experience in the electrical industry is desirable but not required.
