Country Manager

A Country Manager is responsible for developing strategies for the marketing, leading the implementation and execution of campaigns, activation and driving business growth through sales, client relations and project management nationally. Researching and sourcing of new potential Activation Partners and prospects to build the company client base and portfolio in both the local and international markets that are driven by sales. Establishing brand awareness, product and retail development opportunities.
**SALES ACTIVATION PARTNERS, PRODUCTS & BRANDS**
- Key responsibility is to recruit new Activation Partners and find opportunities for adding new products lines for respective Activation Partners.
- Work with management to create a comprehensive sales plan and strategy in line with company visions and objectives. Execute the strategic _sales_ plan that expands the customer base and extends the company''s local to global reach specifically for Activation Partners and new products/brands in the marketplace.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through lead generation initiatives, cold calling, networking, and research for products, activations partners, and retail stores. Studying the companys target market and identifying avenues to generate new leads. Identify and engage with potential new customers both locally and internationally.
- Prepare and present appropriate presentations and proposals on products and unique selling point.
- Develop a sales pipeline and forecast to achieve company and your targets.
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate pricing and system guidelines for use.
- Identify promotion plans, new product promotion strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to the team and to management regarding performance, industry updates and trends.
- Collaborating with the team and management to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Weekly and monthly sales report submission and management.
- Achieving quarterly set targets and working with management with targets.
- Responsible for building a comprehensive sales plan that maps out a clear route to hitting these goals and target based on accurate data.
**CLIENT RELATIONS
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure they do not turn to any other service provider.
- Responsible for managing all Activation Partners and ensuring adherence to terms and conditions in line with Activation Agreements.
- Manage all project related matters with Activation Partners to ensure maximum efforts and sale opportunities are made.
- Ensure that all training and onboarding activities are completed with each Activation Partner
- Lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the Activation Partners succeed.
- Client service executives act as a liaison between external customers and internal departments of the company.
- Being able to solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer''s issues and challenges.
- Conduct regular reporting concerning clients to stay current on clients short term and long-term goals and identify opportunities to grow current client accounts including cross service expansion.
**MARKETING**
- Assist with developing sales plans aligned to marketing plan and initiatives.
- Develop sales campaigns in conjunction with other divisions that are aligned to the brand and the company objectives.
- Responsible for market surveys and collecting information within the industry including instore sales, competitors, and new products within the market.
- Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design and marketing departments to ensure that key clients needs are met and all opportunities are maximised.
- Ensure that customer service and marketing outreach are all working together, and, in conjunction with management, assist with processes to inform improvements in customer retention and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure visibility of proper Point of Sale, Point of Display, and key placement of the range of products displayed in every store, including inspection of product and the quality of displays.
- Work with the marketing department to ensure that Brand Activations are properly and efficiently executed and where necessary make changes to ensure that the company standards are met.
- Work with the marketing department and participate in client events and ensure that all marketing and sales collateral is available prior to attending the event.
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
- Responsible for the full sales cycle from sourcing of new prospects, to maintaining existing and past accounts and closing deals, to education and implementation.
