**POSITION**:Personal Assistant (Temp)

**Overview**
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the CEO’s daily activities, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining organizational effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Personal Assistant, your responsibilities will include**:
**1.Point of Contact**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.

**2.Communication Management**:

- Screen and direct phone calls.
- Distribute correspondence promptly.

**3.Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage the manager’s diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
- Source office supplies.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Devise and maintain an organized office filing system.

**Requirements and Skills**
To excel in this role, you should have:
**Proven Work Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.

**Organizational Skills**:

- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

**Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Education**:

- Matric
- A PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage. Min 3 years’ experience

**Additional Considerations**
- As a PA, you’ll work closely with the manager, handling sensitive information and ensuring smooth operations. Adaptability, independence, and proactive problem-solving are essential traits for success in this role
- Able to drive a manual car.
