Job Description: Clearance Administrator and Debtors (3-Month Temp Contract)

**Position**: Clearance Administrator and Debtors

Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Clearance Administration**:

- Coordinate and manage property clearance activities.
- Ensure all clearance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of clearance activities and inventory.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients to facilitate clearances.
- **Debtors Management**:

- Monitor and manage debtor accounts.
- Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and statements.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection procedures.
- Prepare regular reports on debtor status and aging analysis.
- **General Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in financial and property management systems.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly within property services or financial departments.
- Strong understanding of debtor management and clearance processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Previous experience in a temporary or contract-based role.
