**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze debtor accounts to identify outstanding balances.
- Contact clients to discuss and resolve overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of clearances.
- Prepare regular reports on debt recovery progress and status updates.
- Handle any related administrative tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in debt collection, accounts receivable, or a similar financial role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
