We would like you to join us in the capacity of Key Individual. This role plays an integral part in our team, as you report on FSCA compliance within our FSP. We want an individual who will ensure the company complies with applicable laws and statutory obligations.
**DUTIES**
Ensures the FSP has Policies & Procedures in place.
Ensures compliance with the General Code of Conduct and Fit & Proper Requirements.
Fulfills contractual obligations as per the agreement in place. Ensures business processes are in place and the Firm’s operational ability is sustainable.
Ensures the firm complies with applicable laws and statutory obligations.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Experience in subcategory A and B1 (long term and short term insurance)
Undergraduate degree, preferred or minimum NQF Level 5 in Finance, Business and/or Wealth Management or any FSCA recognized qualification
Minimum 1 year FSP management experience.
Must be able to act as KI for a Cat I
RE1 and Re5 required
CPD required
Minimum 120 credits
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: R4 000,00 - R7 000,00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 4 per week
