Eksen Research is a high impact market research agency in South Africa and we’re seeking a talented Fieldwork Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our fieldwork operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**: Recruit a dynamic and skilled team of fieldworkers.
- **Supervision**: Lead and supervise a team of fieldworkers, ensuring the successful execution of market research studies.
- **Training and Development**: Train, mentor, and guide fieldwork staff, providing ongoing support to enhance skills and ensure project success.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute fieldwork activities according to project requirements and timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of data collected during fieldwork.
- **Update Optimisation**: Serve as a point of contact for project managers to address queries, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the fieldwork process.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee the logistics of fieldwork, including scheduling, equipment distribution, and coordination of resources to optimize efficiency.
- **Data Collection Optimisation**: Continuously assess and refine fieldwork methodologies to enhance data collection processes and meet project objectives.
- **Documentation**: Oversee the accurate and timely compilation of fieldwork data for project managers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree equivalent work experience.
- Experience in fieldwork and recruitment or related field
- Excellent management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant computer software and tools for fieldwork coordination and management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Familiarity with various data collection methods in market research is a plus.
