iLite is looking for two individuals, with a good attitude and passion for learning new skills and technologies. We have two positions available for junior support agents to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

As a Junior Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

- Responding promptly to client enquiries through the support desk system.
- Communicating with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing support on Moodle features and functionalities.
- Working collaboratively with team members from various departments.
- Identifying client queries and escalating them to the appropriate point of contact in a timely manner.

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A good command of English, both written and spoken.
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- An aptitude or enthusiasm for learning new technologies and skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
