Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting a **CAMP MANAGER** for our esteemed client located in Kwazulu Natal.

As the Camp Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our client's luxury camp, ensuring that every guest experiences the magic of the wilderness while enjoying world-class hospitality.

Key Outputs:

- Prepare welcome and departure notes for guests.
- Check guests in during the day and manage dietary requirements, children, or any special requests.
- Implement and follow Best Operating Practices (BOPs).
- Host guests during the day, assisting with any requests they may have upon return from game drives.
- Ensure all products that come into contact with guests meet the lodge's standards.
- Check setups for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Conduct room checks for new arrivals.
- Implement and execute guest delight initiatives to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
- Maintain tidiness and adhere to styling standards in the main lodge area.
- Host guests during meal times and oversee smooth service from the kitchen and waitstaff.
- Collaborate closely with waitstaff and Heads of Departments to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in other lodge departments as needed.
- Host children's activities at the lodge, demonstrating creativity and enthusiasm.
- Provide superior service and quality to guests.

**Knowledge Required**:

- Hospitality industry knowledge.
- Understanding of the environment, surrounding communities, and the country.
- Valid South African driver’s license is essential.

**Previous Work Experience Required**:

- Experience in the service industry, particularly in guest and staff interactions.
- Previous experience as a camp manager or safari host is advantageous.
- Experience working with children is beneficial.
