**Salary**: Base salary paid on targets Plus commission. Paid Monthly.

**Location**:South Africa (Johannesburg, Durban, East London or Port Elizabeth)

**Equipment**:Eligible for a brand new Dell Laptop, Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard

We are now looking to expand our sourcing team, so we are on the lookout for an ambitious sourcing/recruiting professional who wants to learn NEW AGE RECRUITING PRACTICES. You will be joining a successful, well-established and proven recruitment agency that prides itself in putting employees at the center of everything they do.

**What is the role?**

We will turn you into a LinkedIn Expert with the use of videos, messages and a range of technologies and techniques to drive our brand awareness as well as create an inbound pipeline while booking calls for our recruiting team. We take personalization to the next level with the use of video messaging and LinkedIn videos - this means the ideal person should love the stage and not hesitate to be “on” camera You’ll also get to engage in our social media events, support our fabulous team of recruiters with sourcing and logistics, support business development/lead generation initiatives and other exciting progression as we continue to gain momentum.

With this role, you’ll have many opportunities to learn skills in different areas whether that be automation, social media, recruitment or business development and account management

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in sourcing and recruiting using tools like LinkedIn
- An understanding of the recruitment industry with tech and business savvy
- A willingness to learn technology sourcing
- An interest in all things digital
- An interest in sales, business development, and making $$$
- Outgoing and chatty personality - willing to be “on” in video and zoom meetings
- Creative and innovative especially with social media, Loom, LinkedIn Selfie videos, etc.
- Quick learner, resourceful and collaborative
- Self driven, works well in a small, remote team with little direction - your friends call you a go-getter and nothing holds you back.

**Job Types**:Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate - Part-time hours: ~20hrs per week with the opportunity to go full time at your desire

**REQUIRED HOURS**: Team meeting weekly on Tuesdays at 8am MT, but also working EST time zone - 6-2p EST (T-F preferred).

Pay: R15,000.00 - R22,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
This is a remote role, working 6am-2p EST (USA) - Tuesday-Friday preferred.
