We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Consultant to join our team. As a Call Center Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our properties, and assisting clients with their real estate needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with clients from diverse backgrounds, and contribute to the success of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, providing information about available properties, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Listen to clients' needs and preferences, and recommend suitable properties based on their requirements.
- Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with our sales team to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system and update client profiles as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets, resolve client issues, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, property listings, and industry developments to provide informed assistance to clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients and convey information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
