**About the job**:

- The Call Centre Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the performance of the Call Centre Consultants.
- To communicate the goals of the team and ensure that these goals are achieved by
providing guidance, training, support and identify developmental needs.
- Oversee performance and feedback.
- Recommend process changes.
- The main purpose of the Team Leader is to manage the team and their processes.
