Your role will be instrumental in **shaping our company** culture, managing our human resources processes, and ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

**What you’ll get up to**
- Handle all aspects of human resources, including disciplinary meetings, managing leave requests, handling sick leave, and providing support to employees as needed.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving company culture and enhancing staff retention rates.
- Ensure that all decisions and actions are aligned with the best interests of the company.
- Conduct performance reviews on a weekly and quarterly basis, providing constructive feedback and support for professional development.
- Meet with team members to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance and support to help them enhance their skills.
- Report directly to two directors, serving as their right-hand person on all HR and recruitment matters.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new staff members, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Develop and deliver staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organisation.
