**Responsibilities**:

- International Spa Trainer must be able to manage their respective training and travel plans including flights, transfers and accommodation as needed.
- Developing and innovating through new treatment ideas, improved guest journeys and related products as well as keeping up to date with the market trends.
- Consistently following the brand’s policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Give online support to new and existing clients with your suggestions and ideas

**Skills/Requirements**
- Qualified Somatologist/Health and Skincare therapist skilled in all services.
- 4-5 years experience in similar role of Brand training.
- Prior Spa management experience preferred.
- Experience of dealing with multiple teams across sites and coordinating and executing comprehensive training programs preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable to the need of the role and company.
- Free and able to commit to extended training schedules.
- Must understand all aspects of spa operations.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse associate and guest profiles.
- Strong organizational skills and computer skills required.
- Must be deadline driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to travel nationally and internationally as this is 75% of the role.
- Must have valid passport and no limitations to travel into foreign countries.
- Must have a valid driver’s license for a period no less than 3 years.
