**Senior Meta & Google Ads Specialist**

Situated: Johannesburg

Role: Hybrid

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, optimise and/or lead paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google analytics as well as Google tag manager.
- Must have experience in Automotive, FMCG and e-commerce as well.
- Present strategies and campaign performance reports to clients.
- Team leadership.
- Develop digital media strategies for clients across relevant platforms.
- Drive innovation and performance on client accounts through effective strategies and strong relationships with media partners.
- Manage client budgets across multiple brands and territories, ensuring campaigns are live on time and remain within budget.
- Manage performance of campaign management resources.
- Drive growth of e-commerce across clients portfolio of products and markets.
- Perform miscellaneous marketing related duties as assigned for continuous improvement of paid social marketing strategies and implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with various departments throughout the campaign.
- Analyze competitive activity in the marketplace and translate learnings into actionable insights.
- Ensure a good working relationship with internal teams to facilitate flawless execution of plans.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree and 5-6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- 5-6 years campaign management experience in a high-volume agency environment.
- Experience in Automotive and FMCG.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimise campaigns to achieve business goals (i.e. traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.)
- Knowledge of paid media best practices and experience with industry tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Experience with web analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

**Salary**: R50,000.00 - R60,000.00 per month
