**Job Description**:

- Some of the key responsibilities in this role will be:

- Training needs analysis
- Induction, Training, Coaching and Mentoring of Learners, interns, and apprentices.
- Design, delivery, and Evaluation of Learning & Development activities
- Competency modelling and competency assessment
- Training logistics and administration
- Report on progress against predetermined targets
- Ensure compliance in terms of ISO, MQA and QCTO requirements.
- Ensure best practice integration in training methodology.
- Ensure procedures and standards are implemented in training execution.

**This role is at our Learning department in Randfontein at a Band 7 level reporting to the to the Advisor.**

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum NQF Level 5 OD ETDP Higher Certificate
- Electrical/Millwright Trade Certificate
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate
- MQA Medium Voltage Certificate
- Medium Voltage and Electrical Protection experience advantageous.

**Experience**:

- 3 years engineering experience of which 2 years as Snr in HRD. Practitioner
- Understanding of HRD strategy and plan and can link it to the national Skills Development legislation and regulation
- Excellent implementation of the strategy and plan.
- Competency modelling and competency assessment experience
- Extensive training needs analysis background
- Experience in management of training providers
- Design and delivery of development activities
- Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Career Management

**Additional requirements**:

- Driver license and own transport
