Position: Internal Technical Sales Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a database of current and potential customers and keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Upsell products based on industry category and support External TSCs with daily office admin functions.
- Check inventory to ensure product ordered is in stock, follow up with Buying dept. to ensure timely delivery and assist with monthly stock-take.
- Prepare invoice and ensure process for placing orders is followed.

**Requirements**:

- Senior certificate, Sales related certificate or diploma.
- Previous experience in outbound call center sales or related sales position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month
