PMI's shift from selling cigarettes to our new smoke-free products has changed the way we work. New products pose new challenges in terms of raw material sourcing and purchasing, engineering and manufacturing, and supply chain planning.

Bring us your sense of curiosity and desire to challenge the mundane, and we'll give you plenty of responsibilities. You will help us improve, innovate, and develop new methods of operation. You'll be dealing with global supply chain issues, such as a smoke-free environment.

Your ‘day to day’

Sustainability, Legal Compliance, And Standard Adherence
- Ensure complete adherence to local legislation, company policies and practises, and the IMS. Adhere to all environmental, health, safety, and security rules, policies, and practises by implementing and ensuring workplace and other employee compliance with local regulation norms.
- As the owner of the incident elimination DMS, you must review safety incident investigations to ensure corrective actions are in place. Conduct weekly DMS health checks to identify organisational gaps and constraints and implement appropriate countermeasures.

QMS Compliance
- Ensures compliance with all PMI and legal standards and guidelines related to incoming material quality, SFGs, and FGs in accordance with the QMS.
- Ensure quality ownership by focusing on quality at the source. Routine checks are completed on time and efficiently, and QFs and QIs are raised and addressed on time.
- Analysis and continuous improvement (IPS/UPS) in order to eliminate potential quality losses

Line Daily Direction Configuration
- Takes part in setting the 24-hour direction for the CC line(s) during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) and is actively involved in the daily plan execution. During the DDS meeting, provides data related to the line event data system. In charge of monitoring Center Line, Rapid Change Over, and Change Management DMSs, as well as the use and quality of IPS/UPS tools.
- Presents data with corresponding analysis at DDS meetings and investigates assigned losses.
- Management of the Centreline (CL)
- Establishes and creates CL targets and limits for the CC line (s). Is in charge of reviewing, validating, and updating new CL standards for the line(s) in order to meet business objectives.
- Develops control strategies to enable operators to respond to out-of-control situations; additionally, ensure that documentation is in place and being used in the line(s) whenever out-of-limit situations occur. Owns and ensures that the DMS is implemented in accordance with the Standard and provides feedback or input to Regional Governance for improvement items.
- Improves standards that are not limited to daily management systems.

Drives performance & continuously improving
- Drives the centreline daily management system and loss elimination processes using standard tools that adhere to Integrated Operating System (IOS) standards. You will ensure the integrity of the data from their lines as the Owner of Line Event Data Systems.

Owner of the Reliability Engineering Tools
- Assists Line Structure and Leadership in using the RE Tools to support the analysis in developing the team's 90-day plan.
- Maintains the PR Loss Tree and oversees gathering accurate data and information for Line Structure action planning.
- Responsible for developing the LS and Team's capability in PR Loss Tree and Reliability Engineering tools.

Rapid Changeover (RCO) Management
- Examines changeover critiques and coaches the team to identify and implement opportunities for enhancement to meet RCO success criteria and standards. Leads and actively participates in Rapid Changeover events to identify additional opportunities for change-over process optimization.

Technical mastery skills
- Strengthens the team's capability in process failures, technical troubleshooting, and process transformation mastery through coaching and on-the-job training.
- Ensure that the established training plan is followed.
- Improve the LS and Line Team's ability to use IPS/UPS and Work Point Analysis (WPA) tools effectively.

Change Management
- Assists the Pillar leader in developing capabilities and carrying out the Pillar Master Plan.
- Owns a DMS/tool at site level and/or acts as department point of contact (SPOC)
- Participates in Pillar routines
- Collaborates closely with the department to develop capabilities
