In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for Virtuoso Digital's suite of services. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to manage your own schedule and maximize your earning potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, referrals, and other networking methods.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospects about Virtuoso Digital's services, showcasing their value and benefits.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand clients' needs and objectives, and provide tailored solutions by aligning Virtuoso Digital's services with their specific requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients, maintaining regular communication to build trust and rapport.
- **Pipeline Management**: Effectively manage and track sales opportunities in CRM software, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Collaborate with prospects to address concerns, negotiate contract terms, and close sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- **Collaboration with Team**: Collaborate with the Virtuoso Digital team to align sales strategies, share insights, and provide feedback to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, preferably in a B2B sales role, with experience in the technology, digital marketing, or related industries.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling sales presentations and engage with prospects effectively.
- **Relationship Building**: Exceptional interpersonal skills to establish and nurture relationships with prospects and clients.
- **Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented**: A self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive, capable of working independently and managing time efficiently to achieve sales goals.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Comfortable navigating and discussing various tech integration and marketing tech solutions, understanding their benefits and value proposition.
- **Results-Driven**: A proven ability to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- **CRM and Sales Tools**: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to effectively manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- **Remote Work Skills**: Proficient in remote communication and collaboration tools, ensuring efficient remote workflow management and effective team collaboration.
