- Proven experience as a reservation’s consultant or similar position

- PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized with good time management

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

3 years’ experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties
- Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.
