**About The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing Strategy**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote WomHub and its verticals to a wider audience
- Work with our events and programme teams to create promotional materials programmes
- Collaborate with our partners and sponsors to develop joint marketing campaigns
- Manage contributors to correctly deliver content for channels
- Line manage MarComms Coordinator and other contributors to effectively aline marketing efforts
- **Work within budget to meet marketing targets**

**Content Development**
- Develop and manage media press releases and programme outline briefs
- Develop content, visual and written, to engage with followers and increase visibility
- Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns to reach new audiences
- Oversight on content contributors from management and programme teams to deliver correct content in a timeous manner, within the WomHub voice
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to promote events and programmes

**Channel Strategy and Management**
- Develop and manage a multi channel strategy, online and offline, for WomHub and its verticals
- Manage best practices to strategically reach the correct audiences
- Manage marcomms team to seamless execute on the developed strategy

**Community Strategy**
- Strategically develop and manage community communications and channels

**Records and Reporting**
- Analyze data and report on the effectiveness of
- Support programme teams with the marketing data relevant to each programme and campaign

**Admin**
- Complete all necessary admin and reporting tasks within in the necessary time for both inhouse reporting as well as client reporting

**Adhoc**
- Where needed, support on inhouse team projects, for example, and not limited to, WomHub Showcase, Investor Roadshows, Ecosystem tours etc

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in the related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media
- Experience managing and creating content for social media platforms
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Ability to analyze data and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Proven experience in project management and/or event planning
- Experience working with incubators a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
- Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and verbal)

- Strong experience with team coordination and management

- Have flexibility to travel domestic and international

- Must be available to start - Immediately
- Must be based in Johannesburg, South Africa
- Required to work minimum 40 hours a week
- Required to work outside of office hours if required to complete projects and tasks.

**Salary and Benefits**

Full time position

**Salary**: R18 000.00- R25 000.00 per month CTC

Salary is negotiable based on work experience.
