**Responsibilities**:

- Collect data and documents from disparate sources
- Validate collection of financial documents

Skills and Other Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with MS SQL is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Finance and/or Accounting Principles
