Our client is a large investment holding company who are looking for a highly skilled Enterprise Development consultant -Senior Associate Consultant to take on the role of project management -developing EDP programme for Early Childhood Development Business incubation project with over 160 businesses.

Role Purpose

lead multiple teams, perform management functions, planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes, and ensure the feasibility of each project.Data analysis and review from incubation businesses to asses impact and give recommendations of improvement. Design and recommend operational programme changes. Design, Develop and build sound financial management product (Digital, Paper Material or in person coaching or blend of a product) that will enable incubated business owners to better manage their business finances. Interact with key stakeholders of varying levels of seniority, literacy and social background.

- Is expected to come up with suggestions on Improved practices.

- Influence or change broad practices or policies affecting other areas of the business.

**Qualifications and Experience required**
- Essential - Relevant Bachelor Degree (Business, Finance or related)
- Recommended - MBA
- Solid Consulting Experience (5years)
- Management Experience (3years)

**Salary**: R70,000.00 - R120,000.00 per month
