A well-established automotive dealership in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town is seeking a
**Customer Relations Consultant **to join their team.

**The main purpose of this position**:

- The role requires creative thinking and a real talent for communications
- Tasks will involve suggesting ideas based on customer feedback, working with managers and other teams to shape those ideas, then executing
- Customer experience specialist responsibilities will still be in the inbox, but they should be thinking about how to get ahead of issues rather than just resolving them
- Identify and maximize opportunities within the Customer Journey
- Plan and implement Customer Experience activities in and out of the Dealerships

**Requirements**:

- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Tertiary Qualification (Post-Matric Certificate / Diploma) is preferred
- 3 Years customer service experience within the Automotive Industry is required
- Drivers License
- Computer Literate
- Highly empathetic and have a high customer centric acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to pay attention to detail
- Self-motivated, high level of personal energy and commitment
- Ability to organize, prioritize workload, meet deadlines and handle detailed assignments
- Ability to work under extreme pressure and with difficult customers
