The Healthcare Advisor/Cleaner ensures that clients are serviced as per procedures and at the required quality. Also responsible to drive the teams to and from site.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform testing and counselling as per procedures.
- Maintain and update client records with plans, notes, appropriate forms, or related information.
- Recruit clients for services as required.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Assist in all other areas as required.
- Assist with setup and take-down of the site.
- Driving team members using the company vehicle to and from site/s.
- Maintaining the vehicle and making sure it is kept clean.
- Conduct vehicle checklists as per procedures.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Team Leader.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric.
- HIV Counselling and Testing certificate.
- 1 - 2 Years’ HIV testing and counselling experience.
- A valid driver’s license, a confident driver and ability to drive safely.

**Skills**:

- Exhibit strong communication skills both verbal and written, essential for working with other employees.
- Is detail oriented.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to speak the language/s spoken in the Ekurhuleni district.
- Exhibit a high level of commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
- Empathetic.
- Good IT understanding and ability to work on a computer.
