**Responsibilities**:

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, costs, and success criteria, aligned with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all parties.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the project's timeline, budget, or quality.
- Track and analyze project performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to ensure the project stays on track.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role, managing large-scale and complex projects.
