**JOB PURPOSE**:
Complete specialised administrative function to ensure satisfied customers and clients

**QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- Grade 12
- Certificate in Supply Chain / Logistics or related field
- Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role (Logistical industry exposure advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mind-set
- Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be able to prioritize and have organizational skills
- Good communication skill and is a team player
- PC literacy - MS Office, Excel advanced level

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Logistics Order Exception Management_
- Manage exception logistics orders (Couriers etc.) and ensure progress to resolve through liaising with client contacts, internal hubs and other relevant 3rd parties
- Troubleshooting exception transactions through process and systems
- Feedback on time sensitive orders fulfilled within requirements
- Assist in driving process compliance to adhere to Client SLA.
- Identify possible trends and recommend initiatives / actions for improvement
- Information Management_
- Ensure most current feedback captured and available on all exception orders.
- Ensure reporting in place for internal and external customers
- Device Management_
- Ensure and track correct use and availability of all technological operational devices
- Troubleshoot device exceptions
- Manage replacement and or repair of devices
- Monitor appropriate use and ensure process compliance
- General Administration Tasks_
- Compile and submit departmental reports as and when required
- Attend meetings when required
- Ensure effective administration of all relevant department related items

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Competencies required: Team player; Communication skills; Able to maintain confidentiality; Stress Tolerance; Planning, Organizing and Control; Detail Orientation; Problem Assessment and Service Orientation
- The position requires a highly disciplined self
- starter that can work independently and within a team, under pressure and meet deadlines
